1. Who we are

SecureErase is provided by the seller ("we"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, taxes, invoices and customer service inquiries about payments.

2. Subscription and license

A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use SecureErase on up to two (2) Windows PCs at a time while the subscription is active. You may move the license between PCs by deactivating it on one of them. The free trial lasts 48 hours, is limited to one per device and requires an internet connection to start.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then stays active until the end of the paid period.

3. When the subscription ends

New erasure operations stop. You keep access to your reports and can always open, export or destroy your encrypted vault and remove leftover temporary files.

4. Your responsibility

Erasure is permanent and cannot be undone. You are responsible for choosing what to erase, keeping backups of anything you need, and using SecureErase only on devices and data you own or are authorized to erase. Real erasure starts only after you review the preview and confirm it; you can run any operation as a simulation first.

5. Limits of erasure

On SSDs, USB drives, memory cards and some other storage, overwriting files cannot guarantee that every copy of the data is gone, because the device's controller may keep data in places no software can reach. SecureErase reports these limits for each operation. We do not promise that erased data cannot be recovered by any means.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SecureErase to destroy evidence you are legally required to keep, to erase data you are not authorized to erase, or to break the law. You may not resell, sublicense, or circumvent the licensing of the software.

7. No warranty

SecureErase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, profits or other indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, SecureErase. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

يقدّم SecureErase البائع — («نحن»). تتم عملية الطلب عبر الموزّع الإلكتروني Lemon Squeezy، وهو البائع المعتمد (Merchant of Record) لكل الطلبات، ويتولى الدفع والضرائب والفواتير واستفسارات الدفع.

2. الاشتراك والترخيص

يمنحك الاشتراك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام SecureErase على جهازين يعملان بنظام Windows كحد أقصى في الوقت نفسه طوال مدة الاشتراك. يمكنك نقل الترخيص بين الأجهزة بإلغاء تفعيله على أحدها. التجربة المجانية مدتها 48 ساعة، وتجربة واحدة لكل جهاز، وتحتاج اتصالاً بالإنترنت لبدئها.

يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً في نهاية كل فترة فوترة حتى تلغيه. يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت، ويبقى الاشتراك فعالاً حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.

3. عند انتهاء الاشتراك

تتوقف عمليات الإتلاف الجديدة. وتبقى تقاريرك متاحة، ويمكنك دائماً فتح خزنتك المشفرة أو استخراج ملفاتها أو إتلافها، وحذف الملفات المؤقتة المتبقية.

4. مسؤوليتك

الإتلاف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. أنت مسؤول عن اختيار ما تتلفه، والاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية مما تحتاجه، واستخدام البرنامج فقط على أجهزة وبيانات تملكها أو مخوّل بإتلافها. لا يبدأ الإتلاف الحقيقي إلا بعد أن تراجع المعاينة وتؤكده، ويمكنك تشغيل أي عملية كمحاكاة أولاً.

5. حدود الإتلاف

على أقراص SSD وفلاشات USB وبطاقات الذاكرة وبعض وسائط التخزين الأخرى، لا تضمن الكتابة فوق الملفات زوال كل نسخ البيانات، لأن متحكم الجهاز قد يحتفظ بها في أماكن لا يصل إليها أي برنامج. يعرض البرنامج هذه الحدود في كل عملية. ولا نعد بأن البيانات المُتلفة لا يمكن استرجاعها بأي وسيلة.

6. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز استخدام البرنامج لإتلاف أدلة يلزمك القانون بالاحتفاظ بها، أو بيانات غير مخوّل بإتلافها، أو لمخالفة القانون. ولا يجوز إعادة بيع البرنامج أو منح تراخيص منه أو التحايل على نظام الترخيص.

7. إخلاء الضمان

يُقدَّم البرنامج «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.

8. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح أو أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام البرنامج أو تعذّر استخدامه. ومسؤوليتنا الإجمالية محدودة بما دفعته للاشتراك خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.

9. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويظهر تاريخ آخر نسخة في أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.
