First purchase

If SecureErase doesn't work for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

Renewals

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it.

How to request a refund

Email — with your order number, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, and the refunded subscription is cancelled.

Please note

Erasure is permanent. A refund does not, and cannot, restore any data that was erased.

كيف تطلب الاسترداد

راسلنا على — مع رقم الطلب، أو ردّ على إيصال Lemon Squeezy. تُصدر Lemon Squeezy المبلغ المسترد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، ويُلغى الاشتراك الذي استُرد مبلغه.

تنبيه

الإتلاف نهائي. الاسترداد لا يعيد، ولا يمكن أن يعيد، أي بيانات أُتلفت.
